Could you back that up with some hard data? As far as I know, the whole point behind the H-1Bs is that the companies are not allowed to pay the immigrants less than you would pay the local talent.

- CodeMage 12y agoUgh. No, it's not sarcasm. Look, your example of Bank of America's practices from 2001 is about as representative as my saying "Well, I'm currently on an H-1B1 and I'm not underpaid." It's an anecdote, not hard data.
