It just makes you wonder what they are hiding? Is it the capabilities of the device or something else? I don't understand why the feds would get involved. I hope they keep fighting to find out.
- err4nt 12y agoI believe it's more information about how the department has been using it in cases, records of the number of times it's been employed in the field, and I don't doubt they are looking for uses where the police may have used it to gather information illegally.
- ianstallings 12y agoYes but how would that involve the Federal government? That's really what I mean, the involvement of the US government vs the state or local government.
