- hitchhiker999 12y agoYep. At least as far as being compatible with the rest of humanity. Or you could be the 'lucky' one who gets carted around as some genius for 'all to see' ie: Unless you want to sit in a cave and wire yourself to a computer, an IQ in the top .00001% is useless for being happy on Earth.
