This is really relevant to my interests and I've been meaning to go through it for a while, but I can't seem to find much documentation on getting started with Coq (the actual using of it, like how to run the compiler, etc). I'm sure the information is out there, but it's at least enough of a PITA to keep me from getting started... :(
- takeoutweight 12y agoHave you looked at Adam Chlipala's Certified Programming with Dependent Types book? It uses Coq and Proof General. There's an online version: http://adam.chlipala.net/cpdt/ http://adam.chlipala.net/cpdt/
- dmjio 12y agoAllen, think it's time to switch to emacs ;)
- thinkpad20 12y agoLol... I only use emacs if required to. Which, it seems, with Coq or Agda is the case. :(
- eli_gottlieb 12y agoJust download and use CoqIDE.
