I am curious why you pasted the entire content of the linked page as a comment. Is plus.google.com frequently blocked and/or unreachable?

  I was unsure of the visibility of the page and unsure if the page could be deleted or edited before we had time to discuss it. It was also just a paragraph of text.

  Yes, Google+ is usually blocked on corporate networks. Which is really no big loss.

      I mean blocked on most major networks by Barracuda and WebSense by default. So, I'll stick with my original statement, thanks.
