Can't believe you put Scott in the same bucket as Anders and Mark. There are many more insightful and innovative people (including other Technical Fellows) at MS Research and MS itself that are worth following. Scott Hanselman's role is generally evangelizing existing technologies.

- guiambros 12y agoDon't mean to hijack the thread, but Scott, any plans to bring back This Developer's Life? It was (is?) one of the best dev podcasts out there. ps: hope the things shared in the one before last episode are now completely over. My best wishes.
- AaronFriel 12y agoI'll let shanselman's response to your first sentence stand on its own :) Regarding other people, certainly many are worth following. It'd be remiss not to mention Erik Meijer's group or the work done by others in MSR. They make for great Channel9 videos and great papers when they publish. But when I go to or watch a MSFT conference, those 3 are the top names I look for. Fair enough?
