This reminds me a lot of Naviedge (http://naviedge.com http://naviedge.com), something I made for hotel concierges a couple years ago. A huge part of the technical burden was making the itinerary editor WYSIWYG in a cross-browser, mobile-friendly way. Much harder than it looks.
