Ask HN: How do you check if your latest idea already exists?
Had one of those 'eureka' moments earlier today. I've done some basic Google-ing and haven't found anything like what I envisioned. What else can I do to learn more about the existing market?
- karangoeluw 12y ago1. Google. I search for every possible keyword that might be related to my idea. 2. Twitter. Sometimes I'll hop onto Twitter to search for the products. Sometimes Google might miss the product (or push it to page 2), but searching on Twitter makes sure I'm covering more ground.
