Honest question: Is it still libel if you come up with evidence?
- JWLong 12y agoVaries from country to country. I am very much not a lawyer... and more importantly, not familiar with european law on the subject. Here in the U.S. though, it's a defense. But that still wouldn't change the "man about to be sued" bit.
