Tusko, the elephant from the famous LSD experiment, was injected with 297 milligrams. 0.015 milligrams, on the other hand, is only about 1/10 of the usual dose one would take for a "trip". I suspect this might be a typo since 0.15mg is the about the amount of LSD you can usually expect to find in a single tab of blotter or a drop of liquid LSD.
