As someone who has been a paying rider in the Stockholm mass transit system for decades, this doesn't really bother me. I'd rather have a small group of people freeload than have the fines jacked up or HEET turnstiles installed. I don't think having 100% paying riders in the transit system is a goal worth pursuing. The measures that some here advocate have downsides.
