I love it as well. My son is 27 months old and I hear you, he changes everyday and I miss just being able to look at him as he sits there staring at me! As far as other comments that pertain to enjoying life instead of taking pictures, I would just say that it takes me 5 minutes (if that) to take a few pictures as my son plays and the enjoyment I get from looking at those pictures outweighs anything I may have potentially missed.
