Apparently Google never said the app was rejected, they only said it had not been approved (which was 6 weeks after it had been submitted).

- jzdziarski 17y agoSix weeks is not a long time to wait. I've had applications take 3+ months before they ever get a response. Google should stop acting so entitled and get in line like the rest of us.
