offer them a career path. oftentimes at agencies, us frontend devs get all the grunt work but no respect.
- sudopratt 12y agothat is the plan. As we are small this is one of the first big hires for the dev team, and offering to make a big impact and help us grow, not just be a cog in a wheel. But it seems like the devs we keep getting serious about bail to work on big teams that I would feel would give the the grunt like feeling.
