IIUC, this firm would like to replace soap with a micro-biological mono-culture mist. Given that our skin is in direct contact with a lot of external bacteria and virus, this seems to be a biological disaster in the making if it were to take off. Haven't we learned that mono-culture is a bad idea yet?
