People slam Microsoft culture, and while I haven't been at the company long enough to really be a good judge, one of the qualities I love about it is the tenacity that people have here. We don't just give up on things immediately. In fact, if you look at a lot of the successful products of today...they weren't initial successes. I think we're lucky to have the resources/money to continue trying and trying and trying at something until we do well. Yes, eventually you might want to cut your losses and give up. But Microsoft doesn't give up on the first try. Or second. Or third. And you have to admire that.
