I believe this kind of training is known as "social pragmatics", and may be useful for some non-autism-spectrum children as well.
- gommm 17y agoI'm pretty sure I would have benefitted from that as a kid... It took me a long time to learn to stop talking (or monologuing) about books and computer games and start instead listening to others and talk about what they liked.
