Sorry to hear, my friend. I had a hunch it was coming; why move back to SF unless you were soon to be in need of a job (or fresh investors for TipJoy 2 ;)? I'm, impressed though. You stuck with it for a long time and handled the shutdown right and without a ton of fanfare.
