I don't use a touch screen or a pen. It's fully supported on windows 8 and I stuck my Samsung 840 Pro in it.
It does however have a decent keyboard, a trackpoint, 3G card, a service reputation and a bomb proof chassis. All of which reduce the ownership risk and make my day slightly better.
- tok 12y agoplus 150 quid... That's about 100 dollars cheaper than what I can find in the states with those specs. Additionally if a part fails, MUCH easier to fix. Comparing apples to oranges as both devices serve a moderately different purpose. Mainly body position while using them (Laying flat and using my finger directly on the screen to read books and watch movies or sitting up and using my finger on the keyboard to read books and watch movies).
