True. In my case, I enjoy shopping at farmer´s market. It is a great time for my family and my kids really enjoy it.
Note that I am not against eliminating boredom from food. I am against a poorly designed product that cannot possibly replace a whole-food diet. Not even close, but close enough to keep you alive, and IMHO, that´s a great irresponsibility.
- vidarh 12y agoBut most people don't eat a carefully balanced whole-food diet. It doesn't need to be perfect - it needs to be as good as what people would otherwise eat.
- fasteo 12y agoThis is sadly true. Replacing equals things here: crap food replaced by a crap supplement (or meal replacement or whatever). You are right here and I am out of arguments in this direction. I really mean it.
