Is there a nut free version?

  Yeah, just use soy instead of almond milk. According to wikipedia, almonds aren't nuts, but I'm guessing that's what you mean? Hopefully you're ok with flax seeds... I don't use soy because of the conflicting information out there, and plus I like almonds. =)
