No the screen is cleared after quitting.
I have TERM set to xterm-256colors FWIW.
- grogs 12y agoOdd, I'm doing that daily at work without any issue. (tmux 1.8.x, putty, screen-256colors I believe)
- keeperofdakeys 12y agoWhat does "tput cols" say in and out screen/tmux? It's possible less doesn't know the proper width of the terminal.
- doxcf434 12y ago80 cols, which is correct. Less seems to be fine when not in a tmux session. https://asciinema.org/a/9601 https://asciinema.org/a/9601
