I simply bought new phone as old one became really outdated. Or you don't like that because you see it as bigger problem? E.g. you think that it is environmental problem. $75 + taxes includes battery price and its replacement (citing from here https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/97432/p/30,6720,9050 https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod...). You can do it yourself but it is not recommended and voids warranty.
