Do not over-complicate it. Most cases are about deleting top-search results from Google. And most sites already have DMCA on place.
- dublinben 12y agoYou can't use a DMCA takedown request for factual information, only something you can claim copyright on.
- ars 12y agoIt would only delete from google.eu (or the various .eu suffixes). It would not be deleted from google.com So if you are in the EU and want unfiltered information just go to google.com.
