- PeterWhittaker 12y agoI have three business partners. That's a lot like three extra marriages: You have to "learn" the other person, understand their wants and needs (often unspoken), learn how to communicate effectively with each, etc. They have spouses, and we all have kids. And we have employees. My extended family is far larger than I'd ever dreamed....
