Not really, the issue of deployment hasn't been lack of hardware support but lack of knowledge on the part of architects and engineers. A greenfield site has enough issues getting up and running without doubling the IP stack as well. What's really surprising is the lack of mature service provider's who are not performing incremental roll outs.
