If Oracle wins, is Linux the next target, as an api-compatible re-implementation of Unix?

- sixbrx 12y agoSure it's not, but the existence of a spec to guide (arguably) licensees of Unix to have greater compatibility with each other will not necessarily protect non-licensees. (That the spec doesn't address this case is neither here nor there, if Oracle eventually wins this case.)
