This sounds like a decree issued by the Russian government.
- nperez 12y agoI can only assume this is to ensure that if an employee behaves unethically without repercussions, YC can hold the founder responsible for inaction.
- capex 12y agoYeah I think this clause is about with-holding information about bad things done by others in the team. But this seems to have been covered by other points on the page. Something to be reworded.
