redhat's revenue is from service/support. Agreed it's rare. dual-licensing works, but a problem is getting customers to pay in a timely fashion - we already have it, what's the rush? However, to be fair, this may be due more to organization delays (getting management approval, waiting for the meeting to get management approval, etc)
