To be honest, I am a lot more scared about the PRI party and its determination to do whatever it takes to stay in power than of the narco. Criminals beheading each other is bad, sure, but state-sanctioned rape and mass-murder of protestors is the stuff of nightmares. If this law comes to pass, we'll be pretty much without a voice.
