The bill mandates that telecommunication companies retain all customers' communication data for 12 months. Do they really mean ALL the data? Everything I watch on Netflix, Crunchyroll & YouTube? All the games I download from Steam, PSN & the eShop? All the data from my ssh & scp sessions (which should be useless to anybody)? It seems to me that they do not understand what they are asking for.
