Could this be a feature that is disabled by default, but that can be easily enabled if a user does wish to use it? I don't know the best way to do this, but I'm thinking a checkbox somewhere near the search bar, or perhaps a prefix similar to "g!" that'll enable it for any further text that's entered, or something along those lines.
