- LoganCale 12y agoNot the OP, but I've moved a lot of my file hosting from both Google and Dropbox services to a self-hosted install of OwnCloud. Unfortunately, one of my preferred ways of using Dropbox for sharing single files directly without an HTML interstitial page is not well supported by OwnCloud. I, too, have stopped using Google+, and did not replace it with anything. I have gotten rid of my accounts on all social networking platforms.
- odonnellryan 12y agohttps://github.com/owncloud https://github.com/owncloud Shouldn't be too hard to make it supply you with the direct download link - it has to know it somewhere! Just fork it ;)
- Sir_Cmpwn 12y agoI use rsync+gpg to sync encrypted files on a VPS. I use Twitter instead of G+. I share photos/videos/audio with MediaCrush.
