Agreed. Frankly, the hands on the crotch moved well past shouldn't-be-tolerated and to should-have-been-prosecuted. I know it is a hassle dealing with the police and the legal system, but good god until a few of these assholes get publicly shamed and thrown in jail for a while, I'm not sure we're ever going to be rid of them.
