A Checklist of Lean Startup Customer Development Interview Questions

This is a follow on post to the post I'd made earlier, "What We Learnt From A Failed MVP" (http://arg0s.in/what-we-learnt-from-a-failed-mvp.html) This post covers the essential questions that we use in every customer development interview. The objective of this list wasn't to try and be exhaustive, but to capture some of the 'highway' items to cover off. I've also left an open thread on usage of Amazon Mechanical Turk and approaching disruptive ideas with lean - feedback is welcome.
