Makes you wonder if they included the lot/real-estate.
- maxerickson 13y agoI bet it's a cheap lease, it's a no brainer for the restaurants, wealthy people with time to kill showing up in their parking lots.
- 001sky 13y agoLease would take if off balance sheet regardless of the value of the lease payments. Likely six-figure amount regardless ($4k/month x 24 months...etc).
