Even if it's turned off you can leak information. Mis-type a local hostname and suddenly your secret URL is public to Google. I've done this more than a few times.
- magicalist 12y agoThat's a different setting. You're looking for "Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors"
- nwh 12y agoDifferent again actually, it's just a failing in the detection of hostname/search term which I couldn't find a setting to disable.
