One of the issues, is the lack of competition. Most small sites doesn't have much real alternatives when it comes to Adsense, and a ban could close you down. I got banned a some years ago, because my girlfriend thought it would be a good idea to click on the ads on my website. She clicked once or twice a day, and thought she helped me... I have been banned ever since. So I welcome any competition in this space!
