Sending empty threats is dangerous and can be legally exposing. Either get a lawyer or forget about it.
Why in the heck would you send an email (with broken grammar no less) over something that might involve legal action? It's unfortunate but you're lucky to lose some ad revenue and not get sued.
- evilsocket 13y agoI have a lawyer who can manage this thing, it's just not worth it. Regarding the grammar, English is not my native language (although this is not an excuse of course).
- sambeau 13y agoEnglish is not my native language (although this is not an excuse of course) I'm a native English speaker and I believe that that is a valid excuse.
- unclenoriega 13y agoThis reminds me of all the times I've read a passage online where the only indication that the writer wasn't a native English speaker was the apology for the (assumed) poor English.
