- dennisgorelik 13y agoNo matter what size is the house, if they got multiple loans in order to buy their dream house - they live above their means. > size of their trucks "we were up for two days packing" indicates that the truck was not small.
- dustinls 13y agoWe didn't take on multiple mortgages, we had multiple to chose from. We were only getting one mortgage. I had savings at the time, but it was a combination of the real estate mess and my wife's health issues that my income stalled, and it still took a while before our savings ran out. As soon as I receive payment for this project I am caught up on everything I was behind on, and it would take one more project equal to this one to get a couple months ahead. I started working full time two months ago. It's not taking me long to catch up on something that took years to happen. If freelancer did the right thing, I would be caught up already.
