I see this almost every day. I have always assumed that Hacker News is too cool to fix/support navigation after the frontpage (or any other page) has changed.

I see this almost every day. I have always assumed that Hacker News is too cool to fix/support navigation after the frontpage (or any other page) has changed.
- judk 12y agoIt's not "cool", it's that the implementation is a quick hack, not intended to be a quality product. It just needs to be good enough to make users grudgingly return and see the PR for YC startups.
