Again - if it's so incredibly awesome for consumers...why not let them choose to arbitrate instead of forcing them?
- DannyBee 13y agoBecause lawyers are very good at convincing consumers not to with promises of big dollars?
- nuser 13y agoIt's beyond arrogant to claim that consumers can't make rational decisions because a third party is just too darned persuasive. Arbitration blows it. It's funny that you (somebody who claims to be a lawyer) is claiming that lawyers are just so evil that people can't act rationally.
