Equality is not the answer. There is no equality in nature. We have a discrimination problem, but the opposite of that is not equality, it's respect. Somewhere along the way, people started assuming that if women are equal to men, they would be respected. No. You don't want to be respected because you are equal to other respected people. You should be respected for who you are. If you are a woman, great. Make sure people appreciate that. But don't try to be equal. Gender equality is a dirty term. Let's end this and stop using it. Gender collaboration and respect is what we need.
