Yes. I don't believe it. Here's some random numbers (head counts in teams)
- Core 50
- Ops 20
- Web 50
- Android 50
- Other mobile platforms 50
- Integrations to other products 150
- Technical writers, support etc 30
That's still only 400 employees. How would you allocate 1,200 employees to Google+?
- a3n 12y agoMaybe some employees got counted more than once because of overlapping circles.
- mikecb 12y agoI laughed.
- VikingCoder 12y agoHmm, here's some more random numbers: - Smiley faces: 642 employees - Frowney faces: 557 employees - Miley Cyrus collages : 1 employee If I add them up, I do indeed get 1,200 employees. I wonder why your random numbers and mine differ so much? EDIT: I'm not surprised there are 1,000 people on Google+, and I would wager you that that's not counting ANY Core, Ops, or Web ("Web" in the traditional sense). You're also forgetting to count Auto-Awesome Photos, Auto-Awesome Videos, the ability to search UNTAGGED images that have been uploaded to Google+ Photos... Those are fairly ambitious on their own.
