If you can't modify/replace the software on your device, do you really control that device?
In my opinion, validation/analysis is a necessary but insufficient condition for control.
- drdaeman 13y agoOne can modify proprietary blobs, too. It's just insanely more complicated due to necessity to reverse engineer things and not universally legal.
