We have a process for all this. It's called the legal system. It's not perfect but it mostly gets the job done. Has Julie Ann Horvath formally sued Github? It's not clear to me that she has. It seems that she may have grounds for some kind of lawsuit. Why hasn't she sued the company (if in fact there is no lawsuit)? This to me is the most important question. At the moment, it seems this is becoming a matter of public opinion. I would rather it be moved over to the legal system where the rules of engagement are much less malleable.
