Bug Tracker in Git Bugs are plain text files in the same git repo as code. GUI for QA staff to commit new and updated bugs into branches, or to create pull request containing new/updated bug. When developer fixes bug, they can update the status and assignee in the same commit as the code fix. GUI to see which branches contain the bug fix, etc. PR diff clearly shows which bug(s) have been fixed.
