We use Phabricator at my company. It's a fantastic issue and task tracking tool kit. The addition of Arcanist and it's integration with git is awesome. Highly recommend trying it. I've used a lot of similar systems of the years (bugzilla, Jira, and others). Phabricator blows them away.
