  I flagged it too, but I don't know if we have different moderators or if more people are voting politics up and that negates our flagging it. And by the way, the article is quite good, I just don't want it on HN.

  "The 'flag' and wait for a moderator doesn't seem to be working as well as it used to." How can we judge how well the system is working when we have no direct insight into it? Perhaps a moderator reviewed the post and found it to be of merit?

    "Asserting that the system is not "working as well as it used to ..." I said "The "flag and wait for a moderator" tactic doesn't seem to be working as well as it used to." there is a subtle difference between what I said and what you claimed I said.
