Did you ever put in a support ticket? I've had I/O performance issues with Linode boxes before and it's always been quickly fixed when they are notified.

- shiloa 13y agoI did, they switched us to a new machine - no change. Their support was great, but the hardware needed to catch up. Perhaps this upgrade will help.
